TEAM FORMING FOR HURKEY 24HRS 9/28/05

PUTTING TEAM TOGETHER OF SEP 24HRS OF ADRENALIN HURKEY CRK. CA. EMPHASIS ON FUN BUT LETS RIDE HARD. IM 43 AND IN DECENT SHAPE AND IM TRAINING ALREADY FOR THIS EVENT

I'm interested. What kind of riders are you looking for?
I have raced before but never in an endurance event (I'm pretty much a middle of the pack guy).

How many team members are you going for? I've done this race three times before. Once on a five person team, and twice on a four person team. I'm looking to race a two person team. What do you say....?

Dirtshark, Im lookin for a four man team,as this is my first endurance event. Maybe next year I'll try 2 man or solo. If your still interested write back.

Im interested in racing the 24hr race. I currently ride the Mills, Marshal Canyon, Fullerton Loop and Southridge. Maybe we can ride together sometime to see if im someone your looking for to race with. Im not sure where Hurkey Crk. is.

Familyman, I'm lookin to form a 4 man team. the only criteria being a decent fitness level and the desire to enjoy yourself. This is my first edurance event and although I,d like to finish well, the idea is to ride like hell and hjave fun. I'd love to meet up for a few long training rides. Write back if you're interested.

Training rides would be great way to get things started. I was probably going to ride Saturday, but not sure how the weather will affect the trails. I usually ride Chino Hills and the Fullerton Loop but want to try the trails around O'Neill Park.
I'm signed up for the Toad Festival and will probably do the Big Bear race on June 5th.

Familyman, I have to cancel my race plans, as my wife and I are excpecting our first child within a day or two of the Hurkey Creek race. Sorry about that but judging from your E-mail name you can relate. i'm still tghinkin I might make the Arizona race later in the year
