Nursing a torn rotator cuff, broken clavicle and bruised humerus besides a cracked 1st tarsal bone. Yeah, top shelf baby. Dusting off the XC rig as soon as the bones heal to lose the generous beer lbs (and by lbs I don't mean local bike shop).
