to all that responded to the "lookin for local riders" posting, thanks for the input and all the good stabs at my name, thats hot. this seems to be a great site and i hope my return messages are getting to the right respondants...still learning how to navigate thru this site. thanks again.
does anyone know how to post pix? nothing dirty, i promise.

              Well, lived the majority of my life close to one beach or another, also have traveled as much of the west coast as possible from Canada to Mexico. It's really more of a state of mind than anything else. Right now living in Laguna Niguel, can get to Salt Creek on the bike path in 15 minutes (or less if I am feeling speedy :) I like to bike down to see how many surfers are in the water on any given day. One recent cold morning, surfer count = 4. Sometimes it is fun to bring the snorkel gear and hop in.
