Bob the shop manager is a great machanic and is always willing to help, they offer a bike matainance class 1 saturday a month and my girl friend attended it, she had a great time and learned a lot and of course everyone knows REI is famous for customer service.

ProFlex / K2 Riders take note! This is an authorized K2 Bike dealer and I have ordered several special order ProFlex / K2 parts through them. They provide excellent service and very reasonable pricing (no excessive markup). REI sells alot of K2 product (beyond just bikes), as a result they seem to get preferential treatment from K2.
