Staff was pretty friendly and seemed to know their stuff. I dealt with Eric. I was a little unhappy, as I paid OVER retail for my bike. Something about ordering from a different warehouse, so I should pay for some of the shipping, which turned out to be less than $20. I was willing to pay it for my bike, because I was having such a hard time finding it, but they won't get my business in the future. I understand business enough to know that MSRP leaves room for cost+shipping+profit. They were just a little greedy, in my opinion.

By far the best shop I have been in, probally because it is so user friendly. If you want your bike worked on, ask for Eric. The guy knows his stuff, and is probally the most genuine person I have ever met.

This store is GREAT! They don't carry a thousand different brands but are number one in service and attitiude in my book. You'll mostly see Schwinn, GT, and Diamondback here. The guys are extremely helpful.
