I suspect there has been a change of ownership since previous posts were made. Carl is in charge now and after hopping from bike shop to bike shop looking for someone will to help, he is the first one who not only knew how to fix the bike, but was willing to take the time to research some parts for me and call me to let me know what was happening. And I'm no regular. (Well, I will be now, but that was my first visit.)
Good attitude and he sure seemw willing to earn the business. Competitive pricing too.
