Pedal Pusher Bicycles
404 32nd St
As a young teenager my friends and I would wheelie and power slide our beach cruisers down from Newport to the Fun Zone and back all summer long!|
I would always stop at The Pedal Pusher to find that special part that the "regular" bike shops didn't carry. It's a bummer to hear that it is no longer in business. When I think of Newport, I think of The Pedal Pusher... Still have my bike!

This was a great shop.It was like going back in time. If you were restoring a classic Bicycle this was the place to find the hard parts to get. This was one of the first shops that was opened for classic Bicycles and parts.
Sad to say it has closed. A real loss for the people that enjoyed building and riding those old bikes from the 1920's, 30's, 40's, 50's and 60's
