I hate shops that return bike from repair that aren't repaired. When I got my wife's bike home and and it still did not shift properly, we called the shop. They were very rude and offered us no helpful solutions and threw in "it was the wrong derailleur anyway, surprised it worked at all!"
This action on their part was totally unnecessary. I would have paid for a new derailleur had they told me I needed one. I don't stand for this kind of service, you shouldn't either. I will never set foot in this store again.
