I hear that the Sagebrush Safari is held at the Lake Morena park, is that right? I was planning on heading down there this weekend to check it out. Any tips or advice? Thanks :) Posted by BikerGirl a Cross-Country Rider riding a Beat up Breezer from The desert on 02/16/03

Have someone with you that knows the course, because there are lots of different trails out there. Posted by Derek a 31 year old Racer riding a Sugar from El Cajon on 02/18/03

The DH course is very tame. It is the same for beginner thru pro, and the XC race goes down the same downhill. Pedaling is required due to several up hills. Posted by Derek a 31 year old Racer riding a Sugar from El Cajon on 02/26/03

That's right. Try the team big bear site. It might have a map from last year's course still on it, or perhaps this year's. The course doesn't change too much. Listen for motos, especially when going down Kearnan, which they like to blaze up while we blast down it. Posted by Mike Kim on 02/24/03
