  •  ProFlex Bikes = K2 Bikes
Checkout www.k2bike.com - it's an excellent site. The only bike manufacturer site with a "no holds barred" Tech Forum site. Be sure to check it out.
    K2 bought Proflex in 97? or 98?
    Still great bikes!

I found some of those absorbers at a bike shop in my local town. They only had a few of them left over in there stock. It was cheaper for me to go ahead and upgrade to springs. The springs made for a better ride and last longer than the absorbers.

For your information, Proflex did not go belly up, but were aquired by K2 Bike and by some of the same designs and technology, are bigger than ever. Put that in your pipe and smoke-it.
