Hello. I worked at a bike shop in Huntington Beach CA a long time ago called Two Wheel Transit Athority. (biggest bike shop in cali at the time) I am looking to find an avid cyclist named Jose Andrade. I owe him a set of rollers that I paid him 25 bucks for but he never got the rollers. Any ideas on how to find Jose?

This has to be the niftiest site I have seen so far this year. I can't believe it took me nearly a year to come across it. The input from riders is fabulous. I hope it's okay for me to be here. I am a bicycle retailer here in So Cal and came across this looking for my own site. Imagine my suprise when I saw reviews of my shop! Being new to this industry has left me at a bit of a disadvantage, however if MyBikeSite doesn't mind I'd love to browse around here and hopefully learn some new things.

My three sons showed me some stretched limo bikes on the internet, and said that was what they wanted for their birthdays. I saw the prices they were asking for the crap they were selling, and told them I could do much better. My first project was this 16" *Super-Stretch Limo* http://static.flickr.com/22/35013775_484e6720be.jpg Project#2 is a similar, but a much different concept.(This bike is the 20" version that I'm building for my self,) Saturday, I pick up the bent springer front end... We'll just see what happens after that.... http://atic.flickr.com/24/52620318_bb043bd291_o.jpg

I think this is a great site to network. I am looking for a group to join mountain biking in the San Diego/Poway area. I am not sure what level I would be considered, but I can ride round trip - 8 miles in about an hour and 15 min with an elevation of about 400 ft. I like to ride at 6:00am on weekdays and would like to ride between 7 to 8am on weekends. If anyone would let me join their group/team send me and e-mail: rampart72@hotmail.com. I am also interested in attending the Hurkey Canyon race near Idylwild in September if anyone needs a female rider.

I'm some what new to mtn.biking, I tried about 6 or 7 yrs. ago but all I had was a P.O.S. Toys 'R' Us bike and it broke, no surprise there, about a week after I got it. A couple of weeks ago I happened across a Specialized Rock Hopper in near mint condition in a trash dumpster. All the components work except i needed a new chain due to rust. It's a hard tail w/no suspension in front. I don't even know what year this model is. Anyway, does anyone have any advice for a way "green" beginner.

I wanted to commend you guys on a great site!!! I am a newbie and a few friends of mine and I attempted a local trail (fully loop) and got lost earlier this week. I posted my experience......I had numerous emails the same day I posted my message from other mtbikers willing to ride with me to show me the right way, or suggest ways of obtaining maps. Just yesterday I met up with a really cool guy who emailed me regarding riding the Fully Loop, and we rode the loop together, I now have a new riding bud thanks to this site. I am really hyped on mtbiking and I visit the site daily, reading riders stories and local trail updates. Thanks again for a great site with great links too.

Hey people.......is anyone here going to the Wango Tango concert at Dodgers Stadium on June 16th or 17th? Some killer artists are playing like the Backstreet Boys, Ricky Martin, Jessica Simpson, Nelly Furtado, Aerosmith, American Hi Fi, Vertical Horizon, Dream, Eden's Crush, Bee Gees and Christina Aguilera, and there are still tons of tickets left!!! I thought the concert would've sold out in like 5 minutes but I guess it hasn't cause I got tickets no problem. If you live close, a concert like this is worth the drive.......trust me!!!

Just getting started riding again primarily for cardio-health and fitness. Site looks nice and helpful with trail info of local areas. Maps would be a big help for planning.

What a horrible site. Creating a login was an unnecessary hassle. I hate websites that require you to have a userid for no reason. All I wanted was a map of Bear Creek Greenbelt (which you don't have). I will never be back. Also some of your want ads are almost a year old

I have started riding bike again approx 1 yr ago. I live 12 mi from my job and use a bus/bike combo. I would ride home more often if Mission Bl had a sholder or(PLZ! a bike lane) I am, currently, checking out a cpl og local clubs. I am more long haul than sprinter.

I love this site! When I'm not riding, I'm surfing! I seriously believe that a $2 per gallon tax on gasoline ( and outlawing cell phone use while driving ) would make thge roads safer
