Durhamtown Resort - New trail area in east Georgia near Lake Oconee out I-20 in Union Point GA. Durhamtown Sportsman's Resort has approximately 7,000 acres of property with 100 miles of trails, over half of which are one-way trails varying from smooth, two-lane sections to tight single-track with creek crossings, hills, fun decents. There is no other place like this in the area. It's about 35 miles SE of Athens. Also, Durhamtown has cabin rentals, tent camping, RV hook-ups, a 1,700 sq ft lodge with restaurant, bar, pool table, hot tub, big screen TV, DVD player and stereo. Cabins are air conditioned and some have bathrooms. Smaller cabins use a community bath. Bike wash is onsite. 27 acre lake for fishing. Skeet shooting, gun range, archery range, ATV rentals, dirtbike trails. It is an awesome new place about an hour and a half from Atlanta out I-20 past Lake Oconee near the town of Greensboro.
